Eng. Fayez Al Jabri holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from King Abdulaziz University and a Master of Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University. He currently work as Technical Director General at Water & Electricity Regulatory Authority and have extensive experiences in leadership and management of over 25 years in several diverse aspects including energy regulatory affairs (Electricity, Water, Gas and District Cooling), electricity market reform, consumer protections, strategies, project management, renewables integration regulations, and power system studies.
