Tushar has around 15 year of experience in oil & gas industry with a strong simulation background, both steady state and dynamic. Tushar has led and delivered various process engineering projects through different consultancies from India, South East Asia & Middle East. Tushar has considerable experience in mid/upstream simulation, working on projects such as production facility design, FPSO slug handling study, flare and blow down analysis for offshore production complexes, Holistic dynamic simulation for onshore processing facility and various revamp as well as hydraulic/ flow assurance studies. Use of basic programming for Customization and OLE Automation, integration of graphical methods, mathematical modelling along with process simulation are some of the unique skill sets he has been utilizing for effective execution of process optimization studies.

Prof. Eric Feron

Eric Feron is Professor of Electrical, Computer, and Mechanical Engineering at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Saudi Arabia. Feron has been on the faculties of Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile, France, the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA, the Institut Supérieur de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace-Supaéro, France, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA. Eric Feron was also a research engineer at Office National d’Etudes et Recherches Aérospatiales, France. Eric Feron’s interests are using fundamental concepts of control systems, optimization theory and computer science to address problems in aerospace and transportation engineering, including air transportation, aerial robotics, software and system certification, and human-machine interaction. He is a fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

Mohammad Al Dabbous

Mohammed Al Dabbous is currently MEA Regional Technical Sales Senior Manager for Nozomi Networks, Mohammed Al Dabbous is responsible for driving all technical sales initiatives and customer implementations across a variety of industries including OIL & Gas, Power & Water utilities, Mining, Chemicals, Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical. Prior to Nozomi Networks, he was the Automation Systems Lead Engineer at Honeywell and the OT Cybersecurity Engineer at OWL defense. With over 10 years of experience in the Industrial Process Controls environment, he has a long background and deep technical knowledge on DSC, SCADA, and ESD systems running within critical infrastructure environments and other valuable industries and sectors. Solomon AlMadi

Dr. Soloman Almadi is currently, professional engineering Senior Consultant in process control systems and Digital Transformation Programs in Saudi Aramco. Soloman Almadi holds a PhD in simulation and computing from Brunel University, UK, M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, USA, and B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas, USA. He is inventor who is credited for many inventions and received the 2018 year’s Custodian of Holy Mosques King’s Salman Award for inventors and also, he was awarded Inventor of the Year for 2021 by International Society of Automation. He has published several papers in IEEE, SPE, and ISA in cybersecurity, networking and system automation, computing and simulations, and Intelligent Industrial Control Systems. He is a board member of International Society of Automation EMA Region and active member in ISA standards developments and reviews.

Dr. Abdullah Al-Halafi

Dr. Abdullah Al-Halafi comes with more than 20 years of various industrial, academic and research experiences, from SABIC, ABB, to Saudi Aramco, and holds KAUST Ph.D in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Wireless Communication Networks, M.Sc. from University of Glasgow in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, and B.Sc. from KFUPM in Electrical Engineering. He supervised maintenance, operations, in SABIC, and was a project manager with ABB for large scale communications and control systems projects executed for Saudi Aramco. He has been with Saudi Aramco for 11 years, and is currently leading major digital transformation programs including Digital Twin implementation, and IoT/Edge AI for safety applications. He is an author of several IEEE top-tier publications with high citations, and is an invited reviewer and a speaker at international conferences. He is the Vice President of Intl. Society of Automation ISA-Saudi Arabia Section, and has been a board member of many organizations and conferences. He is also leading a Working Group in an international standards committee representing Saudi Aramco among the other IOGPs.
