6G: An Overview and a Novel Context-aware Caching Scheme
Outlines
Mobile communication witnesses a new generation after every 10 years. This talk discusses key technologies of 6G mobile communication system. We will discuss basic attributes of 6G networks (such as speed, latency, concurrent access), key technologies (self sustaining networks, SDN, 3D networking, IoT, edge computing and cloud computing) and fundamental research challenges. Finally, the role of context-aware caching and the major approaches to caching based on machine and deep learning will be discussed. In the end, a context-aware caching scheme based on matrix factorization and collaborative filtering will be presented.
