Why to join?

EDF & KFUPM Blockchain Hackathon will explore undiscovered terrains in which blockchain technologies might be applied. The focus in this year’s edition 2022 will be on the uprising “Energy” sector and people’s well-being.

Three topics to address:

• Decarbonization, responsibility and sobriety of energy use
• Well-being of people at work and their daily lives
• Digitalization and transformation of operations for greater efficiency

Three days for developing:

• March 16^th – Ideation phase
• March 17^th to 18^th – Coding phase

The award ceremony will be held at DUBAI EXPO2020 on March 24^th, 2022.

The Hackathon will take place online, extending the participation to blockchain students and enthusiasts from the GCC region.
Participation is open to everyone and free of charge. You do not need to be a blockchain expert to join us!
